On Free shipping, it is our policy that we will replace items in transit After 14 days have past from time of shipment if free shipping is chosen if the item is not marked delivered upon request. For items that are marked Delivered, a 3.99 fee may be required to replace and reship the item. About the patch

We recommend the higher resolution the better for the photo, do not crop the photo. If a photo does not fit in the diamond, it may be rotated to fit.
THE OPTIONS
Photo only - We will crop to the subject ( we attempt to get the whole subject in be it a father and daughter etc.). We have been doing these a long long time. If you need a proof then we created an online designer that will do just that :) We have an online designer if you want to see how it will look. We use the exact same format. As such, requests for previews will not be honored. We will not provide proofs as we prepare these items for printing not viewing on a monitor as such the previews would look strange to most which is why we have discontinued all proofing.

THE NECKTIE PATCH

WEDDING GOWN PATCH...
This can also be used as a patch inside your wedding gown. It is super simple to apply, hypoallergenic and is seamless. We also will be releasing a heart shape for wedding gowns with a blue heart. Ask us about that before we release it if you want this

Instructions
We have made a blend photo patch that is as simple as
1) send us the picture Subject should be close together (either use etsy messaging to attach or upload after purchase to https://voyageprint.wetransfer.com please note your order or transaction id)
3) you receive the photo tile for the tie
and just fold up the back folds of the tie, peel off the backing and press and stick. Zero edges.
Its this simple! The print wont fray or Fade.
Width measurement is left to right of the diamond. Please do not measure the tie like a square. Rather a diamond < --- >
We only have very few slots available per day for RUSH orders, Rush requires us to strategically place your order in our production chain. As such, the image will be required upon purchase
DO NOT DRY CLEAN. While the adhesive works as a bond , some dry cleaners use certain chemicals which will remove the bond. As such, spot cleaning is required

There are some new friendly fraud methods of people claiming non-delivery of delivered items based on some viral videos that are making the rounds. Our policy is relatively clear. We do not offer cash refunds for any custom item we ship for any reason other than damage caused by the shipping company. This does not mean that if your order is indeed lost or misdelivered that we will not take care of you. We will either offer a replacement or a store credit with signature required on the replacement. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Please note incorrect addresses provided by customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges
Order's will automatically be cancelled and refunded if photo is not provided by the customer within 24 hours of purchase.

To our designer friendly clients, when submitting a photo with text we will do our best to accommodate your placements, however, font colors and photographs do not always print the way they do on your monitor. What is clear on a monitor is not necessarily clear in print. We will not reprint any user submitted text errors or font clarity issues. This is why we charge to add text as we are familiar with our process :)
